This year we have the strongest registry of teachers we've ever had! Each department is headed by teachers with extraordinary experience and education and offers a level of music education hard to find anywhere else in the city.
Choosing from three locations in Saskatoon, our lessons in guitar, piano, and voice has the capability of strengthening our students technical ability while making the classroom environment warm and comfortable.
Some teaching days are full and we are getting filled up the rest of the days however there still is space in our 8th St and Lawson Height location. Please contact us today to find a teacher and time best suited for your family.

Just wanted to give everyone the heads up that 12 String Studios has two administrators working hard to keep up with all the emails and phone calls requesting for registration. We promise we will not miss anyone and will get you registered as soon as we can.
Should you wish for immediate registration for any of our programs, please come down to our head office anytime Monday - Thursday, 4pm - 8pm and we will be here to help answer any questions you may have.

Stephen Maguire has written with some of the finest songwriters in Nashville and Ireland. He has recorded two albums and a Christmas single, and been on three compilation albums.
Stephen looks forward to sharing some of the tips that the best in the business have passed onto him. Don't miss the opportunity to get one-on-one attention from a singer/songwriter who has made a huge splash on the Canadian music scene. Most recently Stephen was named one of CBC's Future 40.

August 12th begins our registration rush for the 2013/14 school year! With new office hours and more teachers, we are very exciting to "level-up" the quality of services we provide.
Guitar teachers: With Royal Conservatory studies as well as a well rounded crew with multiple genres including blues, rock, country, classical, jazz and more, they are here to do their best to make your school year of music fun and educational. Learn music notation, improvisation, fiingerstyle, songwriting, recording arts and more!

Piano teachers: Featuring two additional piano teachers one of which holds her Masters in Music from the McGill University and an affiliate ARCT and all others with a minimal Royal Conservatory Grade 8. From beginner to advanced, our respectful and reliable teachers will be there to help you out!

The header says it all! We are taking a break during our slowest month and will reopen our office August 12th.
We will still be checking emails and phone messages for our summer and fall regularly so we can still tend to registration and program inquiries during this time.

With the school year end coming up quickly we have been extremely busy with our year-end plans and look forward to our year end recital June 15th!
That being said, our administration has been overwhelmed planning our recent and up-coming events as well as with requests for new registrations as we move into our summer schedule plans and move into fall registration which is available now. Your patience as we get to your request is very appreciated and if you have yet to get registered and need more info, please contact us during our regular office hours.

Hello everyone,
12 String Studios will not be having music classes starting today, Friday, March 29th, - Friday, April 5th. Classes will resume Saturday, April 6th. The Office will still be open Monday - Thursday, 11am - 3pm.
Classes not effected by this holiday are as follows: Parent & Baby Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Adult Beginner Yoga, and Adult Zumba.

It's with great excitement and anticipation that 12 String Studios present the Imagine... No Bullying Concert fundraiser for the Red Cross. Months of planning involving many great artists and sponsors to join the fight against bullying in our community.
Presented by our parent company, Saskatoon’s Studio XII Music & Dance Co, the night will feature three-time Juno nominee Donny Parenteau, Western Canadian Music Hall of Fame inductee Jay Semko from The Northern Pikes, two-time Canadian Country Music Award nominee Codie Prevost, as well as Saskatchewan favourites Jeffery Straker, Stephen Maguire, Eileen Laverty and The Johner Boys.
The CBC’s Britainy Robinson will MC the event.
Doors Open 7:00pm
Showtime is 7:30pm
